Bio:

Lin (i.e. the original Linsanity) grew up in southern CT and attended Wellesley College, where she studied neuroscience and music. Following graduation, she spent two wonderful years working at the Music and Neuroimaging Lab in Boston, where she studied how music can solve life's problems and bring about world peace. Lin joined the MD/PhD program at Baylor in 2010 and is currently pursuing her PhD in Structural and Computational Biology and Molecular Biophysics (try saying that five times fast…). When not in lab, Lin enjoys doing crossword puzzles, making candy, and attending Houston Symphony concerts.
