Jordan K
BARITONE | BCM GS-5 | Jakarta, Indonesia
Year joined: 2010
Bio:
Jordan was born into a non-musical family in the big city of Jakarta, Indonesia where he spent his childhood before moving to Seattle, WA. He didn’t know how to sing until he was forced to sing for a church choir when he was 13 years old. Jordan went to University of Washington for college where he secretly enjoyed taking a lot of singing and music-related classes to balance out his science courses. In 2010, he moved to Houston to get his Ph.D. in Developmental Biology at BCM. He first met the amazing people of Docappella during the orientation and decided to join them soon after. While not singing with Docappella or spending quality time with cells in the lab, Jordan loves to travel to new places and sing karaoke with friends.
